Leach & Thompson were today awarding a Gold award for improving the management of their environmental performance.

GroundworkThe Groundwork Green Business Programme provides businesses with the opportunity to demonstrate and improve environmental performance.

Achievement of the Gold award signifies the Environmental representative hsa demonstrated a firm understanding of key risks and issues, has taken actions to mange compliance with key environmental legislation and has formally defined and implemented an action plan to minimise the business's significant environmental impacts. Furthermore the business has an environmental olicy that sets out overall direction and commitments to environmental protection.
