The firm has been trading since 1926 and manufactures a range of engineering castings, steel forgings and precision components.

As part of the firm’s growth plans, managing director Mick Milner contacted MAS to help improve the firm’s efficiency and profitability, allowing it to gain ISO 9001 accreditation.

The ISO 9001 certificate was presented by Ann Cryer, MP for Keighley (pictured with Mick).

Mick Milner said “We are now in negotiations with an Indian engineering company to be able to supply to medium sized companies that prefer to work with a UK supplier, and are starting to win over new customers who will only work with ISO suppliers.

Company profits are expected to increase by £58,000 over the next 12 months, and it is now looking to produce more advanced metals, working closely with MAS on energy requirements and melting practice.
